Shipping policy
Shipping Process
Currently we offer US domestic shipping. We pack and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS which typically takes 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipping label has been printed. Please allow up to 24hrs for tracking to update.
Bulky Packages
Items such as batting or extremely large order are shipped via UPS ground or FedEx which typically takes 3-5 business days.
How much will the shipping cost?
We do a flat rate shipping based on dollar amount and weight. Standard shipping rate for under $100 is $7.50. Standard Shipping rate for $100-$150 is $15.00. Above $150 shipping is free of charge. For especially bulky items, heavy, or above $300. Shipping starts at $30 and you will be contacted if it costs higher than this to make arrangements.
Can I add something to my order before it ships?
Maybe! We process orders as quickly as we can. If you would like to add something to your order please email hello@tumblseseedstudio.com and we’ll let you know if your order has been packed yet.
Do you hold items?
Unfortunately no. Because we sell both online and in our brick-and-mortar store we are unable to hold items. If you would like to secure an item, you can purchase it online and select “store pick up” at check out.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We would love to wrap your purchase for you. To continue our sustainability efforts we reuse our packing material and fabric scraps for gift wrapping. We will also include a recycled craft paper card. Just select the “gift” option at check out and let us know what to write in the card in the notes section at checkout.
Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, we accept merchandise returns within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
Fabric must be returned in the state it was received in. We do not accept washed or cut fabric for return. Packaged items must be in their original packaging.
Class material kits are non refundable. Shipping cost for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions please contact us at hello@tumbleseedstudio.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
